By accessing or using the KokoBall website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and confirm that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

We may update or amend these Terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect once published on the Platform. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms each time you use the Platform.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time to reflect:

User needs

Business priorities

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of any major changes.

6. Availability of the Platform

The Platform is provided free of charge to access. We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to all or part of the Platform for operational or business reasons.

7. Account security

If you create an account on KOKOBALL, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details, including your password.

You must:

Not share your login details with third parties

We reserve the right to disable any account or password if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately at support@kokoball.co.

8. How you may use the Platform content

All intellectual property rights on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, and designs, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.

You must:

View and use content for personal, non-commercial purposes

You must not:

Modify, copy, distribute, or reuse Platform content for commercial purposes
Separate visuals from their accompanying text
Claim ownership of our content

Any unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of your right to use the Platform.

9. No data mining or web scraping

You must not conduct or permit any form of:

Web scraping
Data mining
Automated data extraction

This includes the use of bots, crawlers, scrapers, or automated tools to access or copy Platform content or data.

10. Fantasy contests and fair play

KOKOBALL is a skill-based fantasy football platform. Contest outcomes are determined by:

Real football match performance
Player statistics
Published scoring rules

All contests operate on:

Fixed entry fees that are pooled into the contest prize pool
Fixed participant limits
Winner-takes-all or published prize structures

Users must select a squad of 11 players in accordance with the rules of each contest. Any attempt to cheat, manipulate results, exploit bugs, or gain unfair advantage will result in account suspension or termination.

11. Winnings and wallets

Winnings are credited to your KokoBall wallet. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification, platform rules, and applicable laws and regulations.

We use a third-party wallet provider. You may be required to verify your identity using BVN (where applicable) to create a wallet and receive a dedicated virtual account for deposits. Funds deposited to the virtual account are credited to your wallet balance.

We reserve the right to delay or withhold payouts where fraud, rule violations, chargebacks, or legal issues are suspected.

12. Match data and third-party providers

We rely on third-party data providers for match data, player statistics, and scoring inputs. We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of third-party data and are not responsible for errors, delays, or corrections made by providers. We may update results or scoring if official data is corrected.

13. Do not rely on information on the Platform

All content on the Platform is provided for general information and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.

14. Third-party links

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control or endorse third-party content and accept no responsibility for it.

15. User-generated content

Any content you upload or post on the Platform:

Must comply with our content standards
Must not infringe on third-party rights
Is your responsibility

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KOKOBALL shall not be liable for:

Loss of business or opportunities
Business interruption
